Portland Firefighters Memorial

The David Campbell Memorial Association is a 501c3 nonprofit organization dedicated to preserving the legacy of Fire Chief David Campbell and 35 other Portland firefighters who have given their lives in the line of duty.

Efforts are currently underway to raise funds to cover design and construction costs associated with building the memorial.  Groundbreaking on construction for the new memorial is tentatively scheduled for June 26, 2011, which is the 100th anniversary of Chief David Campbell’s death.

In order to make this vision a reality, the David Campbell Memorial Association is soliciting support from donors who wish to honor Portland firefighters past, present and future.
